I tried the first few screens and then decided not to continue. The process was fine, but not having remote options is a deal killer. Hopefully, that changes soon as remote work becomes more prevalent.

Friendly 4-interview loop with Amazon (1 hour each) in 2 days. Felt like a long process, but questions were not too difficult: * System design * Leetcode * Behavioral * Amazon principles Asked about usage of AI, etc.

Series of multiple code interviews demonstrating data structures and algorithm competency, as well as demonstrating leadership principles. Each code interview was about 1 hour, and there were 6 interviews total.
