Prelude: Start the process with a prelude interview. The interviewer will ask you about yourself, your skills, and the kind of position you are seeking. After the prelude interview, you will wait to see if there is continuation or not.

Super easy, no technical interview at all. They just asked questions about where I worked before and did not ask any algorithms or any other technical questions; it was mostly behavioral.
