I personally do buy into the leadership principles. They definitely do have merit, and I can see at least some of it reflected in the workplace.
I did feel at times like there was a lot of work to do.
Received OA in December. Got the interview callback after two months, in February. There was one round of interview with a design or LeetCode-style question. Gave results after a week of interviewing.
