Software Engineering Intern
OA -> 1 45-minute interview. I received an object-oriented design question. Behavioral questions were on the leadership principles. The process was very smooth; however, what is weird is that you don't get assigned a human recruiter.

The interview included behavioral questions about the Leadership Principles and a LeetCode Medium problem. It's important to engage with the interviewer and not jump straight to coding. I likely could have passed if I had done that more.
