Good culture and good work flexibility.
Work time, and too many meetings.
I applied through a recommendation from a fellow classmate. I was sent the link to take my Stage 1 interviews within two weeks. Stage 1 was very simple; it was mostly debugging. However, Stage 2 was on par with HARD level graph questions on LeetCod
Pretty boring, LeetCode-style questions. Doesn't have anything to do with a job. The funny thing is, Amazon is such a big name nowadays; it acquires lots of companies. So employees don't have to go through their stupid way of interviewing, with BS
Two wounds, both over the phone. The first interview was with one person. The next round of interviews was several hours with multiple people (one at a time).
