SWE Internship 2025 Review
- Made lots of money for an intern.
- Had a chill team, so only worked from 10 AM to 2 PM.
- Overall, not very stressful (this is very team-dependent).
- No intern events at my location, which made me feel very isolated.
- No cool benefits like other big tech companies.
- Overall, a pretty depressing atmosphere.
- If I go there for new grad, I will probably not stay for a long time.
Please find ways to build community, especially at the smaller locations. The interns had to be the ones making group chats and finding ways to connect, and I feel people would feel better and more connected to the company if there was more of an effort placed on interns belonging.
