Everyone can WFH, and they always do this.
Basically a maintenance team, no new projects basically, and no tech lead in the team.
OA, not very hard. I think the difficulty level is around medium on LeetCode. Most people can do it if they have fully prepared. I did not prepare well, so I failed the OA, but it is doable for many people. The second round interview might be harder,
The process was straightforward and quick, but also somewhat random. I didn't hear back for a long amount of time, but then I did. I really liked my final round interview; it was half behavioral and half technical. To prepare, I would just practic
Applied, waited a while, got OA, two-question LC med, final round behavioral + LC easy. Waitlisted then got off the waitlist. Pretty chill process, maybe somewhat RNG with interviewer. Chill process overall.
