If you get a nice team, the work environment can be very relaxed and enjoyable.
Very difficult to get anything done. Making small changes can take weeks. Months worth of effort can get thrown away instantly when experiments fail or frameworks change.
Also had a horrible experience, following the end of my (positively-reviewed) internship, trying to get full-time work at other offices in the company.
The application process is slow and disrespectful to applicants. Recruiters need to be better at communicating.
Straightforward. First, an online assessment, then behavioral questions, then I was invited to the interview. The interview was smooth, with typical questions. I used the STAR method. They responded with the offer a couple of days later. The process
3 interviews over the phone. Fairly straightforward and informative. All done remotely. The first two were with a recruiter. The last stage was with a team member. It was well-organized and, overall, a very positive experience.
They started off asking really basic questions. There were 3 rounds of interviews, and it seemed pretty chill. But then, throughout to the latest interviews, they started getting more difficult and hard-hitting.
