I interned at the Seattle office.
There is a large amount of tech debt and incompetence among engineers working at Amazon, especially those in positions to make decisions.
There's nothing really positive for me to say about the experience.
There is also a culture of overtime that seems to persist across teams.

It was good, though. It focused more on Big O notation of algorithms and programming skills, and didn't focus much on the experience and the previous projects we did.

The programming test was based on Python questions or challenges that were easy to complete. Following that, there was an online interview which was quite good. I enjoyed the experience; it's a good place.
