SUPER interesting problems to solve. I was excited about the project I had been given and eager to go to work. My coworkers were all smart and very nice. WLB is team dependent, but mine was great.
Corporate culture and people didn't seem to be mission-driven, which is typical for a company of Amazon's size. There were fewer perks than at a Silicon Valley tech company, anyways.
