Software Manager I
The process was very organized, starting from the HR team to the technical team. The interview was friendly, with follow-up questions. Candidates should be very familiar with Amazon Leadership Principles and how to respond using the STAR method.
Engineering
This is a good place to work. They start with a basic interview round, followed by five technical rounds that are a bit difficult. The first and second rounds are relatively easy, but the others are exceptionally tough.
Software Development Engineer (SDE)
Great experience with an understanding interviewer. There were three rounds. The maximum difficulty was a relatively simple LeetCode hard problem. Leetcodes were paramount. Focus on the resume was also present in both technical rounds.
