There is a strong Indian majority which sets the Amazon culture. This culture penalizes critical, innovative thinkers and praises incremental innovation so that the same old people can keep their seats. Amazon doesn't care about culture and its people as long as they make money. Amazon has no problem exploiting its employees. Almost all employees are only from India, and they do not welcome people from different countries, including US-born citizens.
