Best place to work in tech, side by side, although not for everyone
Amazon is a place which provides:

Disclaimer: I work in the tech side of Amazon. So the above are my observations from the tech side of the organization. I do not have visibility into other parts of Amazon (say fulfillment, retail, etc.).
Amazon is definitely not for people who are:
- In it only for money
- Blind followers of process
- Paper pushers
- Not willing to stay updated with technology
Please re-evaluate the new promotion process and raise the bar for promotions.
