The interview process is somewhat hard to overcome. Most of the questions depend on the interviewer. There is no clear way or approach to the interviews. It's not a miracle to be accepted, but at least it can be hard.
Amazon sent me an online assessment for a Quality Assurance Engineer role. It included questions related to day-to-day activities at Amazon. After that, I was scheduled for a one-hour phone interview.
