I love the Day 1 work culture at Amazon. Most of the employees are very collaborative, and there is great scope to learn.
People are very open to feedback here; they give you feedback and take it from you.
The tasks and work you do will be challenging, but you will like how much you can learn in a short period of time.
Certain aspects of the work culture here will make you think differently than you did before and make you a better person, personally and professionally.
Sometimes it would get difficult to have work-life balance, but we should make sure we are taking breaks and practicing balance.
