I just completed my 90-day onboarding as a remote SA. I've experienced excitement, fear of failure, a great deal of learning, challenges ahead, a builder mentality, a fast-paced atmosphere, and rewarding encouragement for what's to come. My team has been great, and I'm looking forward to what's next!
This isn't really a con, but just the nature of working for such a large organization. There are many layers that I'm trying to figure out, which on the surface can be overwhelming. However, the seasoned vets assure you it's normal. No matter how long you've been here, you are always learning – Day 1 mentality!
