As a global company, it might be daunting at first to navigate through the large and complex organizational structure and to get used to some of the practices most emphasized as part of the culture, like working backwards or writing a lot.
Create other mechanisms for people to navigate the organizational structure, and global, LoB, and team's goals. Make sure everyone understands them and follows them with passion.
