Great customer focus, little internal overhead, lots of flexibility in how, when, and where I do my job. You work a lot, as in any other high-tech shop nowadays. Constantly encouraged to take trainings, online or classroom, all paid, anywhere. It's like an MBA in cloud working here.
Finding tools internally is kind of hard. Once hired, salary doesn't keep up with the market as much as one would want, and in here inflation is high. Benefits are poor compared to other high-tech companies around here.
