It's been one of the toughest selection processes I've participated in, but all in all, rewarding. Launch into production has also been a meticulous process. You're presented with a series of trainings and activities that may last up to 3 months after your start date, but always maintaining a Day-1 spirit. The team has been welcoming and cooperative.
Your personal agenda will be packed with activities once you enter production, so work-life harmony will have to come from the employee's side. I don't see this as necessarily a bad thing, though it can be a bit stressful and demanding at times, for sure.
