I love working for Amazon! I am a part of the AWS team. It's awesome to work with a highly technical and motivated team. The company culture is like nowhere else. They adhere to the leadership principles and work back from the customer. It's rare to work for a company that puts its customers first and is not concerned with what the market thinks about it.
The retirement contributions are low compared to the market. The medical coverage is not all that comprehensive compared to other tech companies.
