Amazon

I am so thankful for my time here at Amazon. I came from a non-traditional background and pivoted into tech, and this was my first technical internship ever.

I have learned so much in my time here. Not only did I grow professionally, but I also grew personally.

My mentors encouraged me to have more self-confidence and to speak more in meetings because my input was valuable. They also gave me crucial constructive feedback in order to foster an environment of constant improvement.

Amazon is now my dream company to work for. I have personally decided that even if I do not receive an offer to return, it will be the first place that I apply before I graduate.

I would not say that this is a downside, but the Amazon employee work ethic might not necessarily be for everyone.

I believe working at a company such as Amazon will allow you to create massive strides in your career, but that comes with doing the work.

I had very observant, encouraging managers that gave insightful feedback that helped me grow as both an employee and as a person, so I have no advice but keep up the good work!
