Very flat leadership hierarchy within the teams. Much less red tape than I have seen at similarly large companies.
You have to pick up new skills quickly. There are lots of resources to help, but you still have to come up to speed on new technology very quickly. Internal tools provide a lot of training; however, sometimes the training is not up to date with current developments. All in all, a pretty minor complaint!
Focus on internal tools to ensure that resources are continually kept up to date with the pace of technology, and make more efforts to flag and purge outdated training.
