Great onboarding experience
The hiring process and the on-boarding experience have been great! Lots of opportunities for growth, and the Leadership Principles are not just something written on the wall. The company really lives by those principles, and it helps get everyone to operate in a similar manner, which helps with scale. Very impressed so far.
