- Onboarding has been fantastic, with a very structured and objective plan.

You will always find someone who is really good and has deep technical knowledge in so many areas that it can be intimidating. But do not worry; create a plan and stick to the plan for your learning.

It's a huge organization, and if you are not good at networking and creating your connections, you will struggle to keep up.

If you want to be good at your job, always focus on being a self-starter and don't expect someone to tell you what to do. If you don't, you will struggle here.
