Pros

The amount of things you could learn in 3 months could be more than you have learned thus far.

Especially depending on the team, your actions will be formed by the leadership principles. So if the LPs don't resonate with you, be warned.

Cons

Fragility is very apparent in the culture, so don't expect the bells and whistles from other companies.

Depending on your location, you may not have the ability to make the deepest connections (the opposite is true in Sacramento).

Intern salary is paid by making monthly into yearly salary, so you won't get exactly what is promised (if it's promised as a monthly pay).

Advice to Management

Have clearer intern benefits, as well as help intern groups who aren't located at HQ get the ability to interact with other employees physically. Be more transparent that the pay monthly isn't what will be received unless the employee works 12 months.
