I used to have a lot of positive things to say about Amazon. I've been here for 10 years and thought I'd stay here for 20 years.
That being said, in the last 2 years, the value of our RSU's has plummeted, layoffs have people uncertain about their jobs, and people are doing double the work because their coworker was laid off. On top of that, they want us to commute in for a mandatory return to office.
What a bad mix of decisions at the leadership level.
