I love working at Amazon.
I love the fact that the company is truly interested in customer needs and satisfaction.
I can collaborate with our customers knowing that I'm not taking advantage of them.
Unfortunately, there is a big but! Although frugality is very important regarding our customers, it is not good for us employees. Other competitors offer more to their employees, and this makes us bleed talent.
Please remove frugality and give more to your employees.
