AWS is certainly a Great Place to Work
I work with AWS in Latam and after 3 months, I can say this is a great place to be and work for different reasons, with the top 3 being:
- Leadership: The company bases all decisions on their leadership principles. This isn't just something written down; people actually apply them for every decision, which makes things easier to follow and understand.
- Values: I've worked in different companies that called themselves customer-obsessed, but Amazon is truly like that. Decisions are made considering the customer first, always. Also, people are of paramount importance to the company, not only in benefits but in reality.
- Growth Opportunities: Without question, the growth opportunities here at AWS are diverse, from technical to sales to management. You are a builder. You have an idea, and it is heard, even if you think it will not reach anywhere. All ideas are valued; all comments are heard.
I do not have at this time.
Keep doing, growing, and improving the company culture in the way it is today.
