I have just spent a few months here, but I am so impressed with the culture. My manager made sure that I was welcomed here. They are so supportive and encourage me to learn and grow. I am not sure if this is the case within other teams.
Some of the highlights are:
The compensation relies heavily on RSU, which is a big negative point. After hiring, their stock has dropped 20-30%, and hence your promised total compensation is no longer the same. This is very disappointing. I hope they compensate for that loss.
Please restructure your total compensation (TC) and keep the RSU as optional. You should provide the candidate with the option to choose RSU or not. If RSU is mandatory, then keep it a low percentage of the TC offered.
