The best thing in AWS is the culture. To better understand this, you can search YouTube for "always day one" and "leadership principles". I initially thought it was standard "internal marketing", but it seems to be taken very seriously and is really part of an empowerment culture.
It is big. Very big. In every aspect.
For example, it may take you hours just to locate the right procedure or the right team to address.
