Regardless of who or where you are in AWS, when it comes to promotion time, the phrase “total compensation” will be used a lot to basically not give you a pay raise. Basic knowledge is thrown out the window during this time.

An online assessment that takes 70 minutes is a waste of time, in my opinion. It was supposed to be for a graduate role, but they made me complete a HackerRank assessment with random problems worded in a confusing way.
