Almost anyone and everyone can get a job there.
Mandatory overtime is garbage. Prime Week and peak seasons are awful, and you won't see your family at all. Expectations are beyond what a normal person should be doing for 40 hours. Schedules change for what seems like only one guy. Breaks are "10 minutes, and 5 for travel." They do breaks from scan to scan, not logging off and logging back on. And everything is micromanaged, just short of how many times you breathe.

Applied, waited a while, got OA, two-question LC med, final round behavioral + LC easy. Waitlisted then got off the waitlist. Pretty chill process, maybe somewhat RNG with interviewer. Chill process overall.
