Great learning experience with a supportive team
Challenging projects that helped me grow, supportive mentors who were always available, flexible scheduling for interns, exposure to real-world codebase, and strong emphasis on collaboration.
Onboarding could be more structured. Some tasks lacked clear direction at first. There were occasional delays in receiving feedback, limited opportunities to explore different teams, and not much long-term project ownership.
Provide more structured training at the start, encourage cross-team shadowing for interns, and ensure consistent feedback loops to maximize the learning experience.
