Lots of internal tooling. Ownership culture. Brilliant teams and coworkers. Large intern class, offering more networking opportunities and events. Pay to interview effort ratio is optimal.
- Sometimes your team won’t look out for your best interest as an intern.
- Other times your manager will ping you at 8 p.m. (during an internship, mind you).
- Lastly, Amazon hires so many interns it’s hard to stand out for Quant/Unicorns when competing the following year (this only applies if you’re not in your penultimate year).

SWE Intern
Online assessment, then a single online interview. Asked about a binary search question. The OA was generous; I only passed 7/15 test cases and still was able to pass the interview. Weight seems to be more on the behavioral side.
