Kinda on your own, must be able to learn complicated things fast. Often work overtime in the beginning to get up to speed.

Medium and hard LeetCode questions didn't make it to the next round. If you attend college, they don't really have an option in the application; they specifically list universities. Make sure to check the LeetCode discussions board for the question
