Good number of opportunities.
Great company for freshers/interns.
Brand name.
Terrible environment. Forget about following process; in fact, there is no process at all. There is nothing called teamwork. Certainly not a good place to work for experienced professionals.
Please do not enforce your leadership principles on engineers. If you need leaders, hire some politicians, not engineers. Recognizing individual contributions is nice, but developing the culture to help people and win as a team is also equally important.
