Supportive Culture, Ambitious Drive
Despite being one of the biggest companies in the world, there is an incredible leadership culture and a small team mentality.
What I once thought was an intimidating monolith, I found to be welcoming, supportive, and surprisingly self-aware.
Not really a con, but this is a challenging place to work in the sense that Amazon is incredibly driven towards ambitious invention.
Continue to live in and exercise the Leadership principles, and lead with both empathy and perspective.

It was good, but they didn't respond to me for a long time after 14 days. I asked them why, but they didn't respond back.
