It was a long, drawn-out process that lasted a call and a day. I'm not sure I'd do it again, but in the end, it was fine. I met all the teams and all the departments, so I understand why they do it.

They asked general resume-related questions, such as what I did, where I am from, and details regarding past experience. Alternatively, they asked if I knew how to do automation testing.

Complicated but good. Enjoyed the process; felt seen and heard. Asked great questions and worked around my schedule. They had three interviews, one in person. Followed up and explained why the role was not offered.
