Exciting work, always engaging
The work is varied, and there are so many different teams to work on at Amazon. There are, however, expectations of working late hours and owning the product you're working on.
Late hours, no real work-life balance. Depending on who your boss is, it can take a drastic turn for an unenjoyable work experience. I switched bosses almost a year into working here, and both of them are not very competent in managing others.
