Process
I was interviewed by a technical manager, who was a traditional interviewer. There were no smart or "crazy" questions, just a request to build a practical project in Angular.js on the board.
From one side, it is good to be direct about what you are looking for. From another side, you will feel like other skills are not important.
Anyway, I think it wasn't the best for both of us.
