My current manager emailed me a couple of days ahead, asking if I was available to work during the Spring term. A phone interview was quickly scheduled five days later to give me enough time to prepare. The interview was mostly technical questions, but also consisted of soft skills and behavioral questions. The manager was honest about the competition for the position as well as his expectations for someone in my role. Overall, it was a good experience. They made an offer a couple of days later, and it's for continuing in the Summer term as well.
