Reasonable hours.
No expectation to work on the weekend. The parking lot is empty on Saturday and Sunday.
Benefits for interns, e.g. health and dental insurance at heavily subsidized rates.
Gym on site with some free classes.
Cons: There is no startup culture if that's your thing. There is almost no free food.
