The interview lasted about an hour, and I was interviewed for half an hour by each interviewer.
I was asked technical questions relating to transistor cross sections and logic design. It was a fairly laid-back interview, and the questions were only moderately difficult at times.
In addition to the technical questions, I was asked how I would describe a transistor to someone with no engineering background. This was aimed at testing communication skills as well as creativity.
How would you change this CMOS inverter to either reduce leakage or decrease delay?
