I was surprised to be asked very easy questions and answered all of them correctly, yet I did not receive the offer.

Cons: The company is falling apart -- too many VPs and multiple rounds of layoffs. All cost cutting is through people. The instability is unsettling for all, and having to do more with less is really stretching people.
