I received only three on-site interviews, all technically related.

All questions were based on my background. The interviewers were very friendly, as were their HR representatives. The manager was also easy-going.

Since compiler engineers are very hard to find in Shanghai, they welcome any suitable candidate. Stocks were granted several times, though the stock price was not high.

Pros: I always have work to do, never been set aside waiting for a job. As long as I want to be a programmer, I can learn a lot here. My team manager is nice. He stimulates us to learn more, to get more expert in our job area, but seldom scolds us too much for our unwilling faults. It's good to work here.

Cons: Our company kept losing money over the past 1-2 years, and started gaining profit this year. We need to wait and see if our company can find back old times' miracle.
