Process

There are four stages in the interview process:

  1. A 30-minute phone call with the recruiter.
  2. A 1-hour video interview with the director (CV review).
  3. A 1-hour video interview with the managers (mindset test).
  4. A 1-hour video interview with an engineer (Python coding).

Each interview was scheduled for a different day, which required taking several days off. This process could be shorter.

Additionally, one of the managers during stage 3 was not polite. They were not friendly or smiling, only asking questions and waiting for answers, which made me feel pressured. The other interviews (stages 1, 2, and 4) were very pleasant.

Questions

A web form containing two text inputs and one button was given. It is mentioned that the form calculates the difference between two days, which are entered into textboxes.

How can you test it?

  • File reading and parsing with Python.
