- You gain valuable experience in dealing with problems you have never encountered before, and you learn how to handle such issues on your own.
Management is not perfect. You always have new additional initiatives to deal with just before a milestone date, which should have been addressed months ago.

Software Engineer
Applied online through the school's portal. Received notification for an interview through my school. * 1-hour technical interview on algorithms * There were also some hardware questions, but I don't really remember what they were about.
Software Engineer
One interview had only pretty tough questions. Questions were mostly on C/C++, like inheritance and polymorphism. There were two tandem interviews. One behavioral and the other technical part, in which there were two people asking questions.
