Good tech company
Good environment, good people. Its company culture is really laid back, which is great. The pay is great, and generally people are very nice. Managers have no problem approving your vacation times. They have company events frequently and great team-building exercises.
The new campus in Austin, TX is beautiful and has very nice amenities. Austin is a great place to live in general. So definitely a good company to work for.
Sometimes long hours and being in competition with Intel can be extremely stressful at times. Sometimes the management are not the most technically proficient people, so it can be frustrating.
More transparency.
