Global company, state-of-the-art techs, good info sharing, solid foundations and huge markets. It's a good place for a start-up job where you can learn a lot. Good work, efficient and clear team goals and personal targets.
Almost no orientation for new hires (comparing to similar companies like Intel or Microsoft), no free soft drinks, and messy toilets (which I consider essential when evaluating the work environment).
