I had two face-to-face interviews with two different people, including my future boss. I then had a site visit where I interviewed one by one with other potential team members.

The interview was straightforward. It consisted of two rounds over two days. A mixture of seasoned and new engineers participated in the interview process. There was also a hands-on component, as this position involved working in one of the labs.
